These supers are entrusted with hunting down and apprehending other supers so that the human police don't have to. They're highly trained, and each of them must have proven their loyalty to the program and the government beyond any doubt. They could be former government employees who volunteered to be experimented on for the sake of becoming supers, they could be supers who voluntarily turned themselves in, or they could be agents who've been in the Ghost Corps long enough to show that they can be trusted. All must have field experience. These supers would have spotless records, but bad reputations with some of the other Ghosts for the job they do. Their missions tend to be dangerous by virtue of the fact that they have to fight other supers. The rewards are worth the risks, however; their leashes have the most slack of any other team, and they get the most Nirvana time. Some around Purgatory refer to them as The Bloodhound Gang.

Romeos live on the same floor as Juliets to keep them on their toes. They will frequently train with either individual Juliets or the entire team to practice their skills in apprehension. Juliets are generally considered their best sparring partners because both sides are less likely to hold back, considering the opponents involved.

This team thrives on subtlety. Their mission is to apprehend renegade supers as quietly and efficiently as possible. Big scenes aren't their style.

Romeo Team members are housed on sub-basement 5, rooms 506 through 510.
